If there was one word we would use to describe our latest cover star, it would be Entertainer. It’s as simple as that. Adrienne Bailon needs almost no introduction. Having been in the spotlight for over fifteen years, she is the true definition of a Hollywood chameleon adapting to every situation with poise and confidence. It is clear that even with her already prominent career, the future holds no stop.

Adrienne is no stranger to the spot light, having started early on as a young girl singing and performing in her local church choir. By the time she was around the age of 16, Bailon was discovered by a music producer who then signed her and added her to the female group 3LW (AKA 3 Little Women). Their first studio album became an instant chart topping success selling over 1 million copies, sky rocking the trio into international stardom. The success of the group landed Adrienne a contract with Disney as a member of The Cheetah Girls prompting a very lucrative movie deal and album contract.
She is currently co-hosting the television talk show, The Real alongside comedian Loni Love, actress Tamera Mowry, and fashion expert Jeannie Mai. The show focuses on a younger viewing audience adding new and varying discussions each episode.
Ferrvor sat down with this multi-talented entertainer to see just what makes Adrienne Bailon such a beautiful being.
Glad we could hang out. Let’s start this off with food. What is your ultimate scrumptious meal?
I love breakfast, it’s my favorite meal of the day. I’d say banana pancakes, apple-smoked bacon (extra crispy), scrambled eggs (extra cheesy) or anything from Cracker Barrel.
A go-to guilty pleasure candy or sweet for Adrienne would be?
Popcorn! I love popcorn, any type of popcorn. My favorite is hot cheese popcorn and I love Snickers!
If you happened to host a Dinner shindig for Ferrvor staff, what would you make?
Empanadas! My empanadas are amazing! I can make shrimp, cheese, ground turkey and cheese, etc.
Los Angeles according to Adrienne is?
Home, at this point.
How do you think your voice on – The Real has helped influence others?
I think the fact that we are all ourselves, we celebrate our differences and empower one another allows and encourages other women to do the same.
What is your perspective on music?
I love music!!! It’s a part of my everyday life. I start my day with music and end my day with music. A day without music would be terrible!! It affects my mood and motivates me.
What can we expect from you in the future? Any new music?
Hoping to get in the studio this summer. There aren’t any real plans, just want to start creating and playing with music. I love music, I love creating music but I don’t love the music business.
What is the most attractive trait you find in a person?
HONESTY. There’s nothing more beautiful than seeing someone for who they really are, flaws and all. You may not like it but you always have to respect the truth.
Out of all your professions (Host, Actress, Singer, Etc) which do you find most satisfying to do?
I never thought I would say this but definitely host. I love the idea of just being myself.
Top 3 factors that you think make a women sexy?
Number one is confidence, obviously. Two is sense-of- humor (a dirty sense of humor) LOL. And three would be independence.
Who are some of your Muses?
I’m inspired by a lot of different things, a lot of Latina’s who paved the way. Bianca Jagger for Fashion. Rita Moreno for acting. Jennifer Lopez who is an overall entertainer.
If you could write a letter to your 21 year old self, what would it say?
Learn how to say “no.” You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. Follow your heart and your gut, it’s always right and watch out, your metabolism will slow down after 30. LOL.
A perfect getaway for Adrienne Bailon would be?
An exotic tropical island (i.e. Costa Rica, Bora Bora, Turks and Caicos, etc)
How do you define courage?
Courage is having the bravery to live in your truth, to accept the good and the bad that creates who you truly are. Your successes and your failures, it takes courage to be real.
If you could have one, who would be your ideal alter ego?
And just like that, it’s a wrap. We part ways wishing only the best for this exceptional artist.
