Let’s finally say goodbye to the longest month of the year. We’ve seen lots of controversy the past few months in the media (not to mention Twitter becoming an even bigger platform for digital arguments), but let’s take a step back and enjoy some of the goodies, life has to offer. Sayonara July, and say hello to August and this week’s Around the Web.
Once upon a time the fashion driven Ferrvor Man was a young adolescent who also had an undeniably chic style. Calvin Klein Jeans’ Fall-Winter 2015 Campaign is bringing us back to that era, capturing models of this generations sexually driven youth.
Still in motion, this past week was the 2015 Special Olympics.
One thing that this world is highly lacking is unity. In that case it’s reassuring to see 1000 people put together an ensemble of the Foo Fighters “Learn to Fly.”
We thought Sense8 gave us enough of the world, but Netflix is taking us even further into what the world has to offer with their upcoming film Beasts of No Nation.
Last but not least, we have to hold it down for some summertime fun in Los Angeles. Angel City Brewery is one of the best local bars in Downtown LA, and is hosting their 3rd Annual Avocado Beer Festival on August 9, 2015.
