How often do you think of Bentley and sports car in the same sentences? Chances are, probably never, at least not until this week when they made a big splash at the 2015 Geneva Auto Show with their newest concept car, The Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6.
The metallic British racing green coupe has muscular proportion that flow seamlessly with the 3D metal printing technology that make up the iconic Bentley grille mesh, exhaust, door handles and side vents. The short front overhang and wide rear shape makes it perfect for that high-speed ride.
The luxury cabin inspired by Bentley‘s long lineage of lush luxurious vehicles contains two elegant quilted sport seats with a 12- inch, touch screen center counsel. The doors are quilted inlayed straight-grain cherry wood door panels that feature 3D textured steel and copper accents, which are seen through the rest of the cabin.
The big question is what’s going to be under the hood. This is still a concept car, so we don’t know what sort of muscle to expect, but if the vehicle itself gives us any indication of what that will be, I doubt we’ll be disappointed.
