Beach houses are so yesterday. The Cliff House by Modscape takes coastal living to a different height, literally.
Okay, so I know what you’re thinking, “That can’t be safe. Right?” Rest assured it is quite safe. The Cliff House design was inspired by the way barnacles hang vertically onto the sides of a ship. Instead of a structure being built on the top of the cliff, Modscape chose to look outside of the box and come up with this awe-inspiring concept.
Sure it may look pretty intimidating and somewhat frightful at first, but the Cliff House is designed to fit your needs and give you a visual extension past the cliff, connecting you viscerally with the ocean. Five modular stories are reinforced cliffside by engineered steel pins, assuring safety and a solid foundation. The levels respectively hold what you’d expect in any seaside house; a garage, foyer, 3 bedrooms, BBQ area, spa, bathroom, living area, kitchen and dining room. Entrance to the Cliff House is through a carport on the top floor, although the idea of entering through a garage inside a cliff would be pretty cool, a la Batman. An elevator runs up and down the house giving you easy access to each level.
The Cliff House by Modscape combines imagination, creativity, engineering mastery, nature and serenity. So, Ferrvor Man, do you see yourself living life on the edge? We certainly do.
