Dunhill Spring Summer 2016 channels classic British formal wear. Many brands are pushing out new age fashion pieces while Dunhilll’s Creative Director, John Ray is staying true to classic British style.
Dunhill’s Spring Summer 2016 collection radiates classic taste. Ray took his inspiration from men like, Edward VIII and Prince Charles, to achieve the collection’s aesthetic.
Checkered shirts and funky tie and sock patterns transform the posh outfits into sports wear. The traditional collection consists of pieces like morning suits with slightly baggy trousers and top hats. Models paraded down the runway with leather weekender bags, plaid scarves and big pale pink flowers. The collection was created in such a way where it felt like a fresh take on the classics while keeping true to traditional brand, giving it a truly timeless feel.
