TMAC Flow

In the fitness world, the featured Ferrvor Man, Todd McCullough’s popularity continues to rise. His workouts are yoga-based, so you don’t have to worry about purchasing any equipment. All you need is 20 minutes out of your day and you’ll soon see a transformation worth working for.

 Diet is Key

Working out is only one part of the equation. But of course, what is essential to being healthy is what’s being made in the kitchen.

Tmac Flow also highly advises foods such as eggs, greens, avocados, fresh fruit, proteins, and green tea, in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Food 1

As a rule of thumb, you want to avoid fried food, sugar and refined starches. Make sure you’re eating about 3-5 meals per day because the last thing you want to do is under eat or overstuff yourself. And as you meal prep, make sure that you keep these numbers in mind; 40% of your calories should come from carbs, another 40% from protein, and the last 20% from fat. Also remember to replenish with water, water and more water.

We’re getting closer and closer to one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. If you’re consistent in your workouts and sticking to a healthy meal plan, you’ll be on your way to the physical shape you want to be at just in time for one of the most fun-filled, exciting times of the year.
