ROLLS ROYCE WRAITH ‘INSPIRED BY MUSIC’

For decades, Rolls Royce has been the car choice of the music industry elite. In 1961, the King of Pop, Elvis Presley bought a Rolls Royce Phantom V. This venture began the marriage of the Rolls Royce brand with the music world. Why not attribute the vehicle to the over 50 year long friendship?

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has created a true music venue on wheels. The cars are equipped with a state-of-the-art Bespoke Audio system. For the past two years, sound engineers and Rolls Royce designed the audio system. There are two exciter speakers that are perfectly situated at ear-level, giving off the feel of a live music experience. Perhaps the most unique feature is that there are microphones that monitor the ambient and exterior sounds, that can be adjusted accordingly to ensure the unwanted noises does not interfere with the driver’s music.

To compliment and continue the musical theme, the fleet features elegant copper detailing reminiscent of the copper used in music devices. The exterior paint job is a blend of copper polish and textures and the interior features copper speaker grilles engraved with Bespoke Audio. The copper theme further extends to the door inserts as well. Rolls Royce even went as far as extending the music theme to the clock, which is embellished with copper and silver and an outer bezel that emulates vinyl records. How’s that for a musical experience on the go?
