SALVATORE FERRAGAMO’S AUTUMN/WINTER 2015

Fresh dirt and digitally enhanced forests, take us on a journey into the fantasy world of Salvatore Ferragamo’s Autumn/Winter 2015 collection, designed by the brand’s Creative Director, Massimiliano Giornetti.

The key pieces in the collection are the well constructed tailored suits, double breasted jackets, blousons and duffel coats. Giornetti’s designs deliver a softer, more relaxed silhouette without looking sloppy. It’s a well executed attempt to update the classic refined Salvatore Ferragamo staples by paring them with rustic leather outerwear.

Ferragamo delivers a bold statement with the models wearing oversized, long knit scarves with a flare of safari-like animal motifs, detailed embroidery and some leather patchwork.

The color palette of this season stays within the earth tone family with some bright, decorative details.
