New improvements of the Samsung Gear VR include a headset that’s 19 percent lighter then the previous Gear VRinnovator Edition and include foam cushioning to make the device more comfortable. The touchpad has been improved, providing more control, while you enjoy the large selection of film, gaming and 360 degree video content.
The new Gear VR is also compatible with more smartphones, including the Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 edge+, S6 and S6 edge, leveraging each device’s super AMOLED display to provide the color, clarity and performance needed for an amazing virtual reality experience.
Having tried the Samsung virtual headset recently, we can only imagine with the new improvements, just how cool these will be.
