For there 2016 fall collection, Choi stayed away from what seemed to be the standard in menswear, and pushed the limits of the brand. Simple yet sophisticated is what they achieved. Playing on different levels of size and silhouette, it was more about an individual statement than as a general presentation.
Large patch work and heavy hardware were shown all throughout. Buttons and silver rings ranging in size adorned sweaters and coats. While a considerable amount of playful sizing and contrasting fabric choice made the patchwork unique, it was kept modern by a toned down color palate.
A definite win for this strong newcomer. Could this be the new standard in street wear? Either way, were excited to see what he brings next.
