Chanel has been making timepieces since 1987 but they have never developed a watch specifically for men, until now. Named the Monsieur de Chanel, the luxury label spent five years designing the specifications on the watch. It features a manual-winding mechanical movement called the Calibre 1, which is a double complication consisting of 170 components. The watch also has a 240-degree display allowing for total movement, and an Instant Jumping Hour and retrograde minute indication, which means the minute hand jumps to zero every hour. The luxury label will only be releasing a limited number of The Monsieur de Chanel, 300 in total, 150 in beige gold and 150 in white gold.
