What is it you ask? Just like the name says, the sign languageglove is a hi-tech glove that was designed to improve communication between people with different disabilities.
Ayoub, the glove’s designer, is a media artist who finished her MA in Computational Arts at Goldsmiths, University of London. She created the SignLanguageGlove to give a voice to those who are hearing and speech impaired. Sensors and wiring are intricately placed along a glove which converts hand and finger movements into text and voice dialogue.
Communication is critical to how the world functions, and the SignLanguageGlove is setting the bar for individuals to communicate and converse that much better.
