THIS REAL LIFE TRON LIGHT CYCLE CAN BE YOURS

Appearing first in 1982 in the original TRON and in a number of arcade games and again the last film; TRON: Legacy. Thanks to Chris Andrews, this re-creation of the TRON motorcycle can be yours. Two words: Insanely Cool.

TRON 2

Part of the the Andrews Collection, TRON Light Cycle is a fully functional 96-volt motor electric cycle runs on lithium batteries along with a computer-controlled throttle. It’s fully endowed with rebound and compression damping, along with a spring-preload front suspension and rigid rear suspension along with front and rear hydraulic brakes, so imagine a smooth ride.

The TRON Light Cycle is a collector’s item no doubt, because it is unlikely that a similar motorcycle will ever be made again. You’ll want to mark your calendars and have between $25,000 and $40,000 at your disposal for the RM Sotheby’s Auction on May 2nd in Texas to get your hands one.
