‘YOU CAN TELL A LOT ABOUT A MAN BY THE WAY HE MIXES HIS DRINK’

We couldn’t agree more with the official state spirit of Alabama Clyde May’s Whiskey when they state that ‘You Can Tell A Lot About A Man By The Way He Mixes His Drink.’

An 18 month sentence for distilling whiskey outside the law couldn’t keep Clyde down, right after he was released he was back at it creating the finest whiskey in 1946. You knew the whiskey was good when it was said even the authorities felt bad throwing it out.  Nearly 70 years later Clyde’s son Kenny is carrying on his fathers legacy, continuing to distill Alabama’s state recipe with the same recipe – this day in age, legally. Be a Ferrvor Man and have your whiskey the Clyde May’s way.
